The target

D+C 2022
Significant design integration for sensitive heritage-listed building to facilitate placement of electrical substation and modify existing facade fabric, and add new commercial suites. This scope requires subdividing and creating additional lots and easements, liaising with various government departments, light rail authority, Sydney council heritage unit, Ausgrid and infrastructure engineers.

REMEDIAL 2015 – 2019
Extensive remedial & rebuilding works, including complete renovation of various of studios, concrete cancer remedial, complete window replacement to all openings, various remedial waterproof scopes, brick pointing, intercom system replacement, internet service upgrade, various soundproofing scopes, relocation of consumer main and electrical MSB within mixed resi/commercial building at 270 Devonshire Street, Surry Hills.
