Ellis Propriety Pty Ltd trading as Ellis Constructions is operated by Shane Ellis. Shane has delivered over $60 million worth of projects in Sydney since commencing operation in 2004.

At Ellis Constructions, we take a partnering approach to business by developing long term working relationships with staff, architects, designers, suppliers, strata managers and developers. We are undergoing sustainable growth by consistently meeting the needs of all stakeholders. We pride ourselves on: Uncompromising quality of workmanship (we don’t do sub-premium); Quality of administration (a business lens); Ethical reputation in dealing with contract administration (adjustments are justified, transparent and fair); Quality of staff (we value our team).

Ellis Constructions is a unique sized building company. We are small enough to give the attention to detail that is exclusive to an owner-operated enterprise. And we are also large enough to operate the business model as a pro-active and professional business-minded enterprise, rather than as an ad-hoc, reactive, site-oriented builder.

ABOUT SHANE ELLIS

Shane Ellis is the principal and nominated supervisor for Ellis Constructions, and has worked in the construction industry since 1996. Shane has a deep understanding and passion for design, and has instilled attention to detail into the company culture.

THE ELLIS CONSTRUCTIONS Team

Shane obtained a Building Certification 4 Diploma and unrestricted builders license in 2002. He has an Advanced Quantity Surveyor (QS) Diploma, and has worked as a Senior QS at BMT & Associates managing portfolios for institutional investors. In 2009, Shane completed a Masters of Management from MGSM. This corporate experience brings a professional lens to the business. In addition to managing Ellis Constructions, Shane is studying Architecture at Sydney University.

Another key staff member at Ellis Constructions is Annette Kwan (Legal Counsel and Manager). Annette has extensive experience in commercial litgation, retail leasing, construction and strata law.

Site personnel include Xavier Ellis, Peter Dougheney, Jim Dimitriou and other core members, some of whom have worked with Ellis Constructions for over 10 years.
