This project was undertaken in the heart of the Rocks conservation area. Weekly meetings were undertaken with the Heritage consultant architect appointed by the Council. An archeologist supervised the careful excavation.

The works included refurbishment of 2 existing heritage Houses, and construction of adjoining new modern House.

The works involved extensive Civil works to neighbouring Council property.
