Darling Point Apartment 01

The target Complete strip out and renovation of existing apartment, including significant structural and ‘Common Property’ works. The apartment was harbour front on a steep cliff, with use of common areas and elevator prohibited. Woolloomooloo Apartment

The target The clients brief was to ‘open up’ what was an inefficient existing design. The high-rise construction with lightweight ‘infill walls’ allowed a complete strip back to shell.
