Woolloomooloo Apartment

The target The clients brief was to ‘open up’ what was an inefficient existing design. The high-rise construction with lightweight ‘infill walls’ allowed a complete strip back to shell. The target Designed & Constructed in 2004 when Shane was 24 years old… This home is built from Mudbrick, heritage sandstock bricks, recycled timbers, etc. The house has a strong Australian accent and recycled Australian material palette. Darling Point Apartment 03

The target Complete strip out and renovation of existing apartment, including significant structural and ‘Common Property’ works. The apartment was harbour front on a steep cliff, with use of common areas and elevator prohibited.
