The client’s brief focused on transforming an inefficient layout into a bright, open living space. Thanks to the high-rise structure’s lightweight infill walls, the apartment was stripped back to its shell, allowing a full reorientation of the floorplan to maximise stunning harbour views. Exterior walls were opened up with larger glazing installed, while key living areas—including the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms—were thoughtfully relocated to enhance flow and functionality.

Ellis Constructions oversaw the entire process, managing design, construction within budget, and securing all necessary approvals from the Owners Corporation and local council.
